It reviews technology, how the team works and how it uses AI. The two-week review includes written decisions, a 30/60/90-day plan, a handover and two weeks of async questions. - Standard price: $4,000 USD. - Founding-client rate: $3,000 USD in exchange for a testimonial and case study. - The Lite Review is $1,800 USD and covers one product, up to two repositories and two interviews, with a shorter report, a 30/60/90-day plan, a 45-minute walkthrough and one week of async questions. - Payment: 50% to start and 50% at handover. - Read-only access is needed to code, cloud and tools; about six hours of founder and team time across two weeks. An NDA is available. - This is not a penetration test or a line-by-line code audit. Code is not changed during the review. ## Technical due diligence For investors and acquirers considering a software company. - Red-flag review: $1,500 USD, a quick read of the biggest technical risks before commitment. - Full review: $2,500 USD, with ratings by area, red flags and costs to address them, and a pre-close and first-100-days plan. - Every review ends with a clear verdict: proceed, proceed with conditions, or don't proceed. - Cristian has no stake in the company being reviewed and does not take on build work for it during the deal. ## How it works 1. Understand the company and its constraints. 2. Review technology, team practices and AI use with the people building the product. 3. Hand over documented decisions and a plan so the team owns them. 4. Keep working together afterward if it makes sense. ## Booking Book a 20-minute chat: https://calendar.app.google/ZoB7dR4TKBpHXnZLA Website: https://www.ccalabro.dev/ ## Pages - Sample Foundations Review: https://www.ccalabro.dev/sample-report - Technical due diligence: https://www.ccalabro.dev/due-diligence - Sample Foundations Review PDF: https://www.ccalabro.dev/sample-foundations-review.pdf - Sample technical due diligence PDF: https://www.ccalabro.dev/sample-technical-due-diligence.pdf - AI workflow automation: https://www.ccalabro.dev/projects/ai-workflow-automation-engineering-team - Migration to Amazon EKS: https://www.ccalabro.dev/projects/migration-to-amazon-eks - DevOps pipeline: https://www.ccalabro.dev/projects/devops-pipeline - Higher education data pipeline: https://www.ccalabro.dev/projects/data-pipeline-higher-education - Cloud cost optimization: https://www.ccalabro.dev/projects/cost-optimization - Spanish home page: https://www.ccalabro.dev/es
